Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 business hours, though this may take longer if account verification is not yet complete. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
8k bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent behavior, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, suspected illegal activity, and non-cooperation with the KYC process. If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, it will be returned once verification is complete — however, 8k bd reserves the right to forfeit the balance in cases involving rule violations.
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any valid remaining balance will be refunded, though bonus funds will be forfeited.
